Spotverge provides app development, design, marketing services to the customers. Additionally, it provides software or platforms such as wordadai.com, cloudzigo.com, zbot.spotverge.com as a service. We try our best to keep up our infrastructure and provide satisfactory customer experience.

By visiting our website(s) or application(s), you agree to all the terms and conditions of respective websites or applications. We might occasionally utilize cookies to enhance your user experience, but we do not store any sensitive information on our servers, neither we share any information to the third parties except a few platforms for analytical purposes.

If you choose to use our services, you must comply with the following terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and refund policy. These terms will be detailed in the agreement and also made available on this page.

Where as the "customer", "buyer" or "you" refers to any entity or person who avails our services or purchases any of our products. "Spotverge" or "Company" refers to Spotverge, party signing the agreement, and providing the services to the customer. "Deliverables" refer to entities delivered by the company to the customer. Rights refer to the rights and privileges granted to the customer by the company.

Each service availed by the customer from Spotverge must be signed and agreed upon by the customer. The customer automatically agrees to the terms and conditions as soon as the product or service is purchased by the customer.

Any disputes or requests that do not abide by the terms and conditions shall remain invalid and shall be dismissed by the company.

Following are the terms and conditions for the services provided by Spotverge.

1. Some of the media and content displayed on the website including logos, screenshots, images may belong to the third parties. If you are the owner of any of the content and you do not want it to be displayed on the website, please contact us.
2. The customer shall own all the rights and titles to the assets and deliverables which shall be granted to the customer upon receipt of full payment.
3. Each party shall act solely as an independent contractor. Nothing herein shall be construed to create the relationship of partners, principal and agent, or joint-venture partners between the Parties.
4. Confidential information shared between Spotverge and the customer, including customer / financial / marketing / software / technical / business information, specifications, analysis, designs, models, code, data and programs marked as confidential shall not be disclosed to the third party unless agreed between Spotverge and the customer.
5. Confidential information may not include public knowledge, prior knowledge, knowledge developed independently, or third party information.
6. Confidential information may not include information which is required to be disclosed by either party pursuant to any order or requirement from court, administrative or governmental agency.
7. Spotverge guarantees that any element of text, graphics, photos, design, trademarks, code or other assets/artwork provided are either owned by the customer, or the customer has permission to use them.
8. The liability will be limited to the amount of fees payable under the contract provided. Spotverge wouldn’t be liable for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, third party delays/cancellations or other incidental, consequential or special damages.
9. The project may be postponed if the external resources or due payments required for the project accomplishment are not provided by the customer within a specified timeframe.
10. The contract shall remain and act under the laws of Indian constitution. Should any clause of the contract be found to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, the rest of the contract will remain valid.
11. Due to the nature of the project, all the payments are considered "Final" sales and therefore, not refundable unless canceled by the company itself.
12. Spotverge does not guarantee the continuity and reliability of service or refunds from the third parties including technical stack used, hosting and domain providers.
13. Spotverge is committed to maintaining the integrity of its workforce structure and style of work. However, depending on the situation, these may need to be altered in order to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Despite this potential for change, all agreements between parties remain intact regardless of any restructuring or reorganization that may occur within the organization.
14. The product/service may be suspended and the rights provided to the customer will be revoked in case of intentional chargeback/dispute received over the payment. The dispute must be resolved by the customer or the amount equivalent to the outstanding balance accrued as a result of chargeback plus chargeback fee and/or damages must be fulfilled by the customer in order to restore the services.
15. In case of any legal proceedings or motion filed by the customer, the customer is required to bring the agreement, payment receipt, account statement, and any other relevant documents to the notice of the legal proceedings.
16. In case of any dispute, Spotverge reserves the right to take legal action against the customer. And in case of any legal action taken against the customer, Spotverge will be entitled to recover all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such action, including attorneys' fees and any other expenses that may be incurred in connection with such action.
